About Trey
My personal coaching, consulting and training abilities are not only derived directly from my education Nutrition, in kinesiology, Exercise Physiology Sports Sciences and functional efficiency, but also from my personal experiences as a 5 sport varsity level competitor all through High School, Intercolligent Level Track & Field, Basketball and At The Pro Level for Football, Baseball & Kick Boxing.
We also offer specialized Nutritional Health Guidance, Personal Training and Group Classes in other Sports & Movement Performanc areas such as; Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Dance, Tennis, Gymnastics and so much more.
