Perfect! Patience and knowledge
Perfect! He is very knowledgeable about defense moves. He is polite and friendly. A very good person to train with.
Perfect! Andrew is a great trainer, he has all the knowledge and experience to shape you into your best self. He responds quickly, trains at the pace you are comfortable at and pushed you to get better every single session. He's been training me and i look forward for every session and look forward to all the knowledge he gives me from his experience in MMA.
