About Blake
We provide Traditional Ving Tsun Kung Fu Lessons and modern boxing and self defense lessons!
Ving Tsun is the martial art notoriously made famous by Great Grand Master Yip Man and Bruce Lee.
While many kung fu styles are excessively hard or soft Ving Tsun strikes a balance between the two allowing for fluid interception, dispersion, and striking to defeat our opponents.

Introductions to Kung Fu training include an overview of the history of the art and the lineage associated with our clan. Then a brief tutorial of the form and its application is provided and demonstrated. Generally the student will require extensive kung fu conditioning as well followed by focused drilling
