About Jared
As a young adult I started to practice martial arts as a form of exercise, self defense, discipline, and eventually a lifestyle. For the last 20+ years I have trained a variety of styles and systems of martial arts, have competed from the amateur to professional levels, and started teaching all ages along the way.
My Passion and My Purpose is to Empower Anyone that Desires to Empower Themselves. Whether you want to learn a new skill, become super fit, protect yourself just in case something happens, gain a better understanding of your body, or just have a little fun I'm at your service.

I meet new students and we get to work right away. During our initial session we discuss goals and how we would like to progress. Everything from that helps create a natural flow of improvement and success.
I have worked with young children to retirees, professionals getting in their quick workout to maintain a healthy lifestyle to people that were turning a corner and needing a change of life experience, from lifelong athletes to beginners in a physical endeavor. I cherish the moments where each person has reached another step in their abilities and confidence.
