About Andrew
Competive Experience in MMA, Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu. Professional Coaching Experience in Wrestling, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Strength and Conditioning Classes.
Arkansas State Wrestling Champion, 2 Time State Finalist, 3 Time All State Wrestler, Recipient of the Outstanding Wrestler award, Onnit World Open Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gold Medalist.
A passion for Martial Arts, self defense and combat sports since a young age. Began competing in Wrestling at 15 years old and over the past 15 years I have competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Kickboxing. I love competing, and I love coaching and teaching martial arts and self defense even more! I am passionate and fascinated with biomechanics and it's applications to both athletic training and more importantly lifestyle fitness for longevity and creating strong, supple and capable bodies that continue to perform well as we age.
Trained wrestling under 4-time National NCAA wrestling champion Pat Smith. Trained Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Carlson Gracie Lineage. Trained Muay Thai in the Nuengpichit Sityogtong Lineage.
