About Maggie
I like to find out how students prefer to learn and work with them in that way. We will go over homework/classwork as is needed, and work on things that they are struggling with. I like for students to bring work with them that they want to work on.
I love working with students. I remember how difficult math was in high school and how sometimes teachers don't teach material in a way that works for everyone. My favorite class was always calculus, but I also love algebra, trigonometry, and precalculus. Creating a foundation in these topics is especially important so that continuing math education isn't frustrated and can be fun.
I have three years of tutoring experience and am a mathematics major. I love tutoring in Algebra, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I.
