About Johnny

I am patient with kids, students. I have experience in helping classmates with homework and reviewing in subjects such as Math, physics, and chemistry. I studied in Shanghai for 14 years, so I know a variety of students and I'm able to relate many different kinds of students. I am also available most of the week. I took AP calculus and AP Physics in high school and got 5 and 4 respectively. Currently, I am a sophomore majoring in Biology at Santa Clara University.

I enjoy teaching and interacting with students. In the process of teaching, I believe I will be able to learn things as well. I am able to learn communication skills and working experience, which will be extremely helpful in my future. As I start tutoring, I am able to learn how kids would like to be taught. This skill will be helpful to me when I have a kid in the future. Another part that I enjoy in tutoring is to resonate with the students with my own learning experience. I was once their age, perhaps I can understand a little more than the previous generation.
