About Tracy
Hello!
I am fourth-year Rice University student working towards my bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. I have several years of tutoring and teaching experience: I have tutored biology to my high school peers as a member of the National Honor Society. I have worked with high school students as a peer mentor for the Insurance Federation of New York Internship for three summers, working on their writing and communication skills in the editing of company reports. In Houston, I worked with elementary school students from local schools and community centers. I have a bit of knowledge of the HISD curriculum and I have experience working with elementary school students in basic math, writing, and reading.
In addition, I can also help with college essay writing or general college process consulting. Furthermore, as a pre-optometry student and an incoming SUNY College of Optometry student, I can also be an optometry admissions consultant.
