About Michael
Hi, I'm Michael and I love math and science and spreading that passion to others. I have a degree in Physics and Music from Dartmouth College and worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Physics Department.
I have worked with students of all ages (from 5 - 25 years old) in a variety of scenarios (math tutor, Physics TA, P.E. instructor, and more!).
I enjoy helping students through the process of learning and solidifying knowledge and skills in a variety of fields, and enjoy approaching topics from a variety of angles to find the best fit for each student.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Dartmouth College and have worked as a Teaching Assistant for Physics courses at Dartmouth, as well as a tutor for a variety of courses from elementary school through college level courses.

I like to start by asking students what concepts they do and do not understand, then work through examples and analyze what underlying problems there might be. My personal strength in teaching is helping students relate concepts to other real-world examples to improve understanding.
I have worked with students of all ability and skill levels, from elementary through college level, helping all improve their overall academic performance.
