About Megan

Hi! I'm Megan Firth and I am a graduate student at Vanderbilt University. I am currently studying special education. I have a Bachelors degree in both elementary education and special education. I have am an EdTPA certified teacher and have had lots of experience in the classroom.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I now study special education as a master's candidate at Vanderbilt University.

About the lesson

I am a very personable teacher. I want to have a connection with my students. I want them to have fun and think learning is fun, while also setting the expectations high to truly see what they are capable of achieving.

I have worked with all types of students. My undergraduate prepared me for mainly elementary aged children (Pre-K-6th grade). However, I am certified to teach through 12th grade in special education education.
