About Sherrie
I believe passion is contagious, and I’m passionate about learning! I was a classroom teacher for years, but have been a full time tutor since 2015.
I started after college, teaching high school science. I love education, and feel passionate about how important it is! I also really love science :)

I start by acccessing, typically casually without a formal test, where the gaps in knowledge exist. I also place a lot of value in forming a relationship with and getting to know the client.
I have worked with two year olds to post college adults! I have experience with reluctant learners, struggling students, special needs, and more!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think something that is overlooked is the comfortability to communicate with a tutor. Make sure you can say when you are confused without feeling embarrased!
