- I am a sophomore at Arizona State University

- I am a student at Barrett, The Honors College

- I have passed through college Calculus

- I have been tutoring for over four years

- I love helping students learn and reaching their goals!

- I've tutored all ages, grade school through senior in high school

- I was a intensified private tutor for one student specifically where I tutored her in all of her class subjects for two years

About the lesson

- I like to assess where a student is currently at by taking a look at their most recent test or recent homework

- I ask the student if there is a specific section, problem, or idea that they need help with

- If there's nothing something specific, I like to go through their next homework assignment (because this is what the teacher directly expects them to know!) with them, showing them how to do some problems and give them assistance as they attempt to work through some problems of their own

- Finally, we can continue with more practice problems if additional help is required

- I've worked with students with slight learning disabilities (dyslexia and processesing disorders)

- I've worked with all ages, from 6 to 17

- I've worked with students at all different levels, some who need just a little bit of help for a test to some that need a larger approach

- Hire someone who you think you or your child is going to be able to listen to and respect so they are able to learn in this best possible way!
