His knowledge, passion and dedication to Northern Shaolin and Tai Chi Praying Mantis Kung Fu and have helped him build an impressive arsenal of skills, in areas which include Qigong, Chin Na (grappling) and traditional weapons (such as the staff, knife and kali sticks). Moreover Mike's clarity, compassion, patience, empathy and good humour have made him an excellent role model and teacher. I would highly recommend pursing the opportunity to train with him.
