About Anthony

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry I guarantee you will get the results you are searching for. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities from professional athletes to clients that didn’t workout a day in their life. I am a certified athletic trainer, nutritionists & have an extensive background in physical therapy. You will achieve your goal quickly, efficiently and most importantly without any risk of injury.

I enjoy changing people’s lives for the better. I’ve had multiple clients lose over 100 lbs. One client in particular weighed 362 lbs when he started with me. He had major back & knee problems, diabetic & on major blood pressure medication. In 14 months he lost 172 lbs, no more back problems, knees are better, no longer diabetic & completely off the blood pressure medication. The best part of all is he has maintained 190 lbs for 8 months now.

I always enjoyed exercising & the benefits of exercise. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to some of the greats in the industry and learned from them. I not only enjoy helping people reach their goal, I take great pride in teaching them along the way and understanding what it takes to maintain their new healthy lifestyle.

I have multiple personal training certifications. NSCA, ACE & AMFPT. I am also certified in Nutritional Counciling. I have over 12 years working as a liscenced Physical Therapy Assistant as well as a liscenced Chiropractic Assistant. I worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Los Angeles Lakers from October 2000 to May 2004. Studied under fitness & therapy gurus Gunnar Peterson & Dr Aaron Mattes.

About the lesson

I offer a free consultation. During this half hour session we perform an overall fitness evaluation, review your health history, discuss your goals & perform a few exercises. This helps me to custom design a program ideal for you.

Clients of all ages and abilities. Half of my clientele have retained my services for over a 12 years. They enjoy working with me and have made. It part of their life. I also have had 4 clients change their lives so much they became personal trainers after achieving their goals.

Details

I offer packages for 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute sessions. 30 minute sessions are $50. 45 minute sessions are $70. 60 minute sessions are $85.
