Jennifer has been my trainer for going on two years and I’m currently in the best shape of my life. I spent ten years as an infantryman in the US Army and was a master fitness trainer myself, so for me to be in the shape I’m in now is a big deal. Jenn is great at customizing workouts to fit with my desired results. She continues to add layers of difficulty to progress my fitness levels.
