Thank you for your interest and welcome! My name is Joseph Stegmaier, author and co-founder of PCT Fitness and Nutrition. One of my greatest goals is to provide my clients with a truly exclusive, and world class service that puts you at the very center of achieving success in pursuing a better version of yourself; whatever those goals may be.

PCT Fitness and Nutrition, is host to solving some of the most unique and complex fitness, performance, and aesthetics challenges in the industry; and has been awarded multiple times for Best Practice and Best Local Busines. Some of my clients have included fitness models, athletes, service members, media influencers and executive and corporate clients.

I know that your time is valuable to you, and that's exactly why there are no lengthy online forms or surveys to fill out. The qualification and onboarding process is incredibly simple and straightforward. This consists of a simple and confidential fifteen min discovery call that gives us the opportunity to speak directly, talk about your goals and helps us both decide if we would be a great fit working together. I'm sure you'll have some questions; feel free to use this opportunity to express yourself and voice any thoughts or questions you might have.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. CNS and CPT, I have a graduate education in the fields of Nutrition Science and Human Performance and Human Power Output.

I am currently studying bio technology.

About the lesson

Everyone's needs are different, but new clients can expect to get to know me pretty well. The intake process includes anything from a simple, single consultation to complete transformation programs that includes lots of very detailed information.

It always depends on the clients needs.

My clients include those interested in weightloss for health and fitness.

Aesthetics clients include those looking for firming / toning and beyond.

Performance clients include those with spicific needs, i.e., competitive athletes, sports, ect.

Joseph contacted me over the internet early last spring right after the lockdowns. He told me that he was doing fitness research and wanted to know if I would be interested in participating in one of his fitness challenges.

I agreed because it afforded me the opportunity to get personal training out of it, which I had never done before.

Almost 7 months later after just following his advice over text messages, and being open minded to some things, I have lost over 50 pounds and I'm still going!

I have not been this thin in over ten years, I'm 38 now. I have recommended him to a number of my friends and would recommend him to anyone. I couldn't be any happier with my results.
