About David
I’ve been training clients and preparing meals for them for over 25 years. I am in Los Angeles now continuing with the training programs I’ve developed such as Boot Camps, small group training, personal training, and designing and helping my clients implement healthy nutrition into their life that is sustainable and delicious.
