About Jeremy
I am a certified personal trainer, life coach, kickboxer, weightlifting coach, and nutritionist for the last ten years training busy professionals of all professions. I’ve ran marathons for nonprofits and I also donated my kidney to my father back in 2013. My personal training focuses on balance, stability, and symmetry. I teach and train you “functionally,” which will take you much further in your training than basic weight machines and repetitions. As a result, you will benefit from being more energized and in tune with your body.
