About Yovan
Hello!
My name is Yovan Perez and I want to help you create a overall better and healthier lifstyle. Reaching your fitness goals does not have to be the most miserable thing in the world. I will do my best to give you the proper tools to grow physically as well as mentally and emotionally. The reason I say this emotionally is because you should be happy with yourself in your own body. I want to give you these tools so you can continue on your own after working with me. I have my degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. I also have my personal training certification through ISSA which is nationally recognized in the fitness community. This is something I am very passionate about and I want to help people and it also helps me learn with you as we go through this journey together. All the strict dieting and no sugar diets will be put away when it comes to my coaching. I take your application and find your caloric intake and find your macros based on the information you give me. I do not only want to give you results, but a plan that you ENJOY!
My favorite thing about my clients is how happy they are after I have helped them. I am so passionate about my work I used to do it for free for over 2 years. I love teaching people easier ways to be overall more healthy instead of just eating chicken and rice and having that mindset.

I fell in love with fitness once I gruduated high school. I wanted to compete as a college basketaball player, but I had other plans. I fell in love with the gym and how the body works and the food that fuels us. I decided to change my career from Criminal Justice to Exercise Science and I found my passion.

The process of hiring me is very simple and affective.
1. Reach out to me via email or any socials

2. I will reply back and have you fill out my questionnaire where I can get to know you more and know exactly what specific goals you have. My goal is to make a program for you, not a copy and paste program.
3. We will than have a FaceTime call the days prior so we can answer all the questions you may have and no what to expect. The FaceTime call is included in the package already!
4. I will make sure to check in with you each day and you will have a weekly check-ins to make sure we are staying on track.
I have worked with high school aged students to mothers and also very busy nurses!
