About Megan
I am an at-home certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition coach. My specialties are weight loss, preparation for events like weddings, and preparing individuals to get into the police academy, military, etc. I’ve had several clients lose over 50lbs in under 16 weeks!
All training sessions include customized workout guides to keep you on track on the days we don’t meet.
Nutrition guidance is available for a one-time payment of $150 and includes an 8-week step by step program to get you to your goal in a realistic, non-restrictive manner.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer

First current fitness routines, what the client’s goals are and how we can develop a plan to get them to their goal. From there we have our introductory session where we go over health history and lifestyle, develop a fitness baseline and take measurements. After that I meet with the client on a weekly or 2x a week basis, giving them a workout plan to do on days we don’t meet.
