About Robert
My programs are always based on what the client feels is important to reach their fitness goals. Your training program should be fun and also effective to help you to achieve those goals.
I also teach group fitness programs as well. I apply the same philosophy to my group programs, as I do to my one on one clients. Your group program should feel rewarding and also effective in helping you to reach your goals.
I have been a personal trainer/coach for 15+ years now. I have trained people of all ages but my favorite group to work with are those who are 40+. As a member of that age group, I enjoy teaching them how to have a healthy lifestyle and maintain a fit body.
Certifications from: NSCA - National Strength and Conditioning Assoc.
NPTI - National Personal Training Institute

Each client is unique and needs to be assessed inorder for me to determine the best course of action for them. The first week or two is typically getting a feel for where the clients skill set level is at. This approach can also vary depending on what the client is trying to achieve.

Details
I currently have a flat rate system. All sessions are 60 minutes and the cost is $35.00 per hour. There is a 8 session minimum purchase required.
