About Zijad
I aim for results through changes in lifestyle to get you to be a better version of yourself. Ever since my mom was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and Breast Cancer in the same year, I made it my mission to help people get and stay as healthy as possible. I do what I do because I love helping people using my knowledge and experience to significantly improve their lives.
I enjoy the feeling of helping other people improve themselves and their lives through what I teach them. I love to see people do well and better themselves through positive life changes as well asctions that bring them closer to living a healthy lifestyle.
I have a Bachelors Degree (BS) in Exercise Science & Kinesiology, as well as certifications for Personal Training (CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). I also have experience in Tae Kwon Do, Self Defense, Yoga, and many other disciplines of movement.
