About Jessie
What makes Coach Jess different from others? She believes an excellent coach teaches proper nutrition, proper technique, and keeps contact (virtual, text, call) when clients are not training, which is included in all her personal training package.

First, I always do a video call to talk with the student to see what their goals, strengths, and if they have any injuries.
During the first session I do a assessment to make sure their form is correct and what they can do.
After the session I also talk about nutrition to make sure they are doing what they need to do to get to their goals in fitness.
