About Philip
I do personal training for clients who have injured themselves or want safe methods to train effectively. Ethier losing weight or making gains.
I love seeing people start to listen to their bodies more and progress in small ways to start loving exercise.
I have a bachelors in neuroscience from Indiana University. A masters in health sciences from Boston University. A masters from Wheaton College in Clinical Psychology, and I'm pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology that will have a specialty in Sports Psychology. I'm also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise.
