I worked at 24 hour fitness for 7-8 months.
i am NASM certified personal trainer and i also went to San Jac cool here ins houston for a cert through them for Personal training as well.

I would have them fill out a health and fitness survery, then during that first session we ould go over that, take before pictures, go over fitness goals and life goals, then i would tell them the program course i would use with them.
