About Jena
My name is Jena McGuffie. I've been in Sports Medicine/ Personal Training for going on 18 years! I have multiple certifications, work in Sports Med for a hospital, teach spin, bootcamps, boxing, TRX, HIIT, cardiac rehab, as well as many other formats. I've helped hundreds of people reach their ideal weight and body composition through not only tailored workouts, but diet support. (Am a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist). I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
Personal Training is my absolute favorite, watching people not only change their reflection in the mirror, but their confidence in their Lives as a whole. How you feel effects Everything. I am honored to be a part of it!
