About Alves
Here at Renew Strength Training we make FIT goals a reality. By understanding this one principle "be transformed by the renewing of your mind" Romans 12:2. What does this mean? It means that in order to see real results, we must change how we THINK! When we apply this, only then can we truly see the transformation in our physical health and lives God created for us ! Whether body, mind, soul, or spirit.
I enjoy helping others change their lives through exercise and nutrition. Seeing others achieve the goals they once thought only to be a dream and turining it into a reality. Is what i enjoy most !
I am a certified NASM trainer with 7+ years experience training. From on-on-one, to group and even online coaching and nutrtition coaching. I am a dietary supplment advisor. Also attended a culinary training program in order to better aid in nutrtion
