About Jennifer

Our main focus in our service is meeting indivudals right where they are. If they are recovering from an injury or a surgery we are certified to help those get back on their feet. If an indivudal has a special need, we are also certified and we have a non for profit that helps indivudals with intellectual and physical disabiliteis to be apart of a fitness community.

We love connecting with indivudals on a personal level and really including them into our community to help motivate, reach their goals and getting them to a place where they feel GOOD.

About the lesson

We offer group/classes, personal training and indiviudal design.We set up a free consultations and going over health/injury history, talk about goals and see what program they are intersted in or we let them know what we think best fits their needs. Then we have 3 one on one sessions to help prepare them if they want to go into group classes. Then we help you ease into classes or we begin your personal sessions. Prices vary depending on the program. We have a fantastic community here at Qtown Fitness and we are known for being very welcoming, working with special need athletes, working with clients who have been injured, clients who are recovering from a surgery, clients who have never worked out or anyone who is looking to further their health and wellness journey. We meet YOU right where you are!
