About Justin
Blue Shoes Fitness is all about affordable, functional training to develop skills and habits for long-term success.
I started training clients online when my in-person training schedule became so full that it crowded out the non-fitness aspects of my life. My faith and family are extremely important to me, and I know that my clients are not "fitness robots" either. I wanted to take care of more people, better.
Oh gosh, so many things! Personal training is really the people business - keeping up-to-date with my own fitness/nutrition knowledge is important, but it all means very little if there isn't a real partnership between the coach and the client.
I love people! Fitness is my ministry, and walking my clients through physical, mental, and spiritual changes is the best!

The process for starting as a client is super simple, and begins with a brief application form to make sure that my skills at as a coach matches the kind of help you're looking for!
Once your app is submitted and approved, we'll schedule a video call to get to know more about you and your goals. We'll start brainstorming a fitness/nutrition plan, and you will be able to begin a few days later.
