About Angel
Focus on current functional abilities via a movement assessment followed by addressing concerns found during assessment.
I've worked in many gyms and seen trainers just take clients to the weight room without assessing the clients and having them just throw weights around.
Experiencing this I realized that something was missing. How can you address clients true concerns without learning about them first. This is when I started my own company (Empowerment by Movement).
it's called Empowerment by Movement because without Movement in life (walking to some place, or having the ability to take care of your own needs) you lose your empowerment (your rights). You become dependent and n others.
im a person trainer, group trainer (spin, Tabata, HIIT, & other). Certified through NASM.
BA in Physical Education.
Have been a personal trainer for 12 years at gyms and in clients homes.
Work with young adults (12 - 18) and seniors. More frequently work with clients PT due to surgery or injuries.

Get to know the person. Ask about medical hx, medications, past and present workout experience, body injuries and current discomforts, ask about eathing habits (make recomdations for changes if needed), GOALS, and finally run the person through a movement assessment and proceed to address findings.
