About Lila
I’m a Physics tutor with over 2 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Space and Planetary Science. My focus is helping high school students succeed in IGCSE and A-Level Physics exams. I make lessons engaging by connecting theory to real-life applications. We explore Mechanics, Electricity, and Waves in detail. I use practical experiments to make abstract concepts easier to grasp. Step-by-step derivations help you understand where equations come from and how to apply them. Past paper analysis is a key part of my lessons. We identify common question types, break down marking schemes, and develop strategies for full marks. I tailor sessions to your strengths and target the areas where you need improvement. Physics doesn’t have to be intimidating. With the right approach, it can be one of your strongest subjects. I’m here to guide you towards mastery and exam success.

My approach to teaching Physics is all about making it useful for real engineering challenges. We won’t just cover theory—you’ll see how Physics drives the design of machines, bridges, pipelines, and aircraft. I bring in examples from materials science, fluid dynamics, and structural statics/dynamics.
Lessons are structured but easy to follow. We break complex ideas into clear steps, always connecting them to a real-world application. You’ll learn not just what the equations are, but why they matter in engineering projects.
I work closely with learners aiming to become expert Physics educators or computational problem-solvers. We use authentic engineering problems so you can practice applying concepts in realistic scenarios.
You’ll gain skills in analyzing materials under stress, predicting fluid flow, and understanding dynamic forces in mechanical systems. Every session builds both your confidence and accuracy.
We focus on problem-solving techniques that save time without losing precision. My aim is for you to leave each lesson with knowledge you can use immediately.
