About Mae

I am a passionate Singing educator with more than 12 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have helped School students, College students, and Working Professionals improve their singing skills and achieve their musical ambitions. My lessons are designed to be engaging, practical, and focused on real progress.

My teaching methodology emphasizes personalized learning. I take time to understand each student's strengths, challenges, and goals before designing a customized learning plan. This allows me to provide targeted instruction that helps students improve efficiently and confidently.

My classes cover vocal techniques, breathing control, pitch development, voice flexibility, rhythm training, diction, and stage performance. I use a variety of teaching methods including demonstrations, vocal exercises, performance practice, and progress evaluations. Students receive regular guidance and encouragement throughout their learning journey.

Besides Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, and Vocal Performance. These additional subjects strengthen students' musical understanding and help them become more confident performers. I also guide students in developing effective practice routines that lead to lasting improvement.

I believe that confidence is just as important as technique. Therefore, I focus on helping students overcome stage fear and express themselves freely through music. My friendly and supportive teaching style helps learners feel comfortable while challenging them to reach their highest potential.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for Singing is built on flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management. I believe that every student has a unique voice, learning style, and musical goal. My role as a tutor is to guide students in discovering and developing their natural vocal abilities while building confidence and enjoyment in singing.

I begin by assessing each student's current skill level, vocal strengths, and areas for improvement. Based on this understanding, I create a personalized learning plan that allows students to progress comfortably and effectively. Whether a student is a beginner learning basic vocal techniques or an advanced singer preparing for auditions and performances, I adapt my lessons to meet their specific needs.

Creativity is a key element of my teaching. I use engaging vocal exercises, song interpretation activities, listening tasks, and performance practice to make lessons enjoyable and meaningful. Students are encouraged to explore different genres and styles, helping them develop versatility and confidence in their singing abilities.

My lessons focus on breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, vocal control, tone quality, rhythm, diction, expression, and stage presence. Each concept is taught through practical application so students can immediately use their skills in songs and performances.

Time management ensures that every lesson remains organized and productive. Sessions are structured with vocal warm-ups, skill-building exercises, song practice, and feedback. This balanced approach helps students make steady progress while staying motivated.

In addition to Singing, I can also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight Singing, Performance Skills, and Vocal Health. My goal is to help students become skilled, confident, and expressive singers who enjoy every step of their musical journey.
