About Basri
Upon graduation from University, I was employed for 2 years as a Finance Analyst with a Big 4 in New Zealand. However, I have decided to make a switch in my field and am currently in the process to enrol for a Masters programme in Data Science which commences in 2025.

I did my Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting in University of Otago (New Zealand), where I was employed as a Teaching Assisstant for Finance, Maths, and Accounting modules. I also had several private students of my own, where I give personalised lessons.
In my interactions and sessions, I prioritise a lot on empowerment of the students. I make sure to provide a safe and friendly learning environment, to encourage students to have a strong voice and feel comfortable to raise up any of their academic concerns.
The lessons I conduct can vary from 1 - 3 hours per session.
I currently am tutoring several students for O and N Level Maths/POA , though this expands to lower Secondary as well as Primary level.
