About Aditya
I am a student at Cass Business School studying investment and financial risk management with a lot of experience with high school students. In my final year, I had the honour of being Head Boy of my high school. This role came with many responsibilities such as organising wellbeing days for the whole school, running the prefect team, interviewing candidates for other roles in the school and generally pushing towards improving the life of the student body. I’m certain the leadership skills I’ve gained in this role will help me in my work as a tutor. As a finance student, maths is a key part of my university course therefore it is mutually beneficial for me to tutor maths.

I approach tutoring by picturing what would have been most valuable to me during my maths examinations. I structure my lessons by first identifying the students expected competency of the topic. I then proceed to teach the course using presentations and questions with emphasis on the student's weaknesses. Once a unit of the course has been completed, I provide a test for the student to do in their own time to ensure they understood the teaching.
