I have a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management. I have worked in Project Management and construction and have tutored both children and adults in Maths before. While I love technical subjects I also have passions for photography, being outdoors, travelling and cycling.

I believe in personalised teaching. Every person learns differently and is motivated differently, uncovering this and developing lessons accordingly will help to encourage and further a students learning experience more fully. I also like to focus on real life applications of classroom learnt material to bring abstract knowledge to life and give it context and meaning. I find this greatly improves retention of material and helps students to engage more purposefully in their own education.
