About Param
Hello everyone, my name is Paramjeet Yadav. I am a physical education scholar and an athlete, completed my master's from LNIPE Gwalior, and I have spent years learning about fitness, sports science, and training methods. I want to share my knowledge with you because I believe fitness is the first step toward a healthy and confident life. My goal is not only to make you stronger but the basics of exercise and method.
