About Haley
I am a five teacher from North Carolina. I have taught two years of Kindergarten, once year of second and one year of sixth grade english. I have a huge passion for teaching students to read. I love finding where students are having troubles and dissecting the information in a way that makes sense for students.

As a tutor I plan to make a connection with my student to gain comfortable learning environment . I will then get to know students strength and weaknesses. I will use that data to create activities such as quick writes, matching letter sounds, spotting figurative language, finding theme, plot and POV. Finding where students are weak and growing their confidence will translate to the classroom.
