About Ayushi
Ayushi is a 3rd-generation yoga teacher from India, trained with 200 hours certification. Yoga was a part of her upbringing and she's now sharing this knowledge in London since the last 3 years of private 1-1 teachings. She offers personalised Vinyasa, Hatha and meditation sessions online or at home

Experience soulful yoga and meditation with me - blending Vinyasa, Hatha, breathwork and mindfulness to help you feel grounded, open and energised. Each session is personalised for your needs and rhythm, offered online or at home for your comfort and growth. My classes will include breathwork, movement, balances and relaxation to create strength, and flexibility, and most importantly, calm your mind and regulate your nervous system. I teach all levels, from true beginners through to advanced practices. I want my yoga practice to be accessible and enjoyable for all. My main focus is Vinyasa flow classes however I also like to incorporate slower Yin flows into my practice. I am passionate about the holistic part and creating a mind-body connection through the medium of Yoga. Yoga is not just about asana (poses) but also the breath and the meaning of yoga on and off the mat which I like to teach throughout class.
