About Mette

I am a trained textile buyer and have previously studied at Aarhus School of Architecture, however, this has not been completed. My big interest is to less is more, but it is difficult in a society where we consume so much and get so many inputs. That's why it's cool to create your own. Art, paintings, online desktop backgrounds, collages etc.
I am 26 years old and live in the center of Aarhus. I am very active in my spare time - running and former football.

About the lesson

I review some powerpoints about cleanup / downsizing and getting to the bottom of what is important to you. Then do some of these things - design it - paint it, draw it. Find pictures and inspiration. To subsequently have small pin-ups where we can talk together about thoughts - and whether there is something in the process that can be changed or added. Evaluate and thus create good energy. All this takes place in a very structured way, with time and (online) place, so we only have to focus on finding peace in ourselves and expressing it.
