About Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, I’m based in Hitchin and happy to travel around North Herts and Stevenage or support you via Zoom to help you reach your goals.

Whether you’re training for a marathon, wanting to increase your fitness to support another sport, looking to lose weight or just want to be able to chase the kids around the house without getting out of breath I can help.

I’ve been skating since I was 5 and am the 2016 British Adult Champion and finished 2nd at the ISU Adult International in Vancouver that year. I train most days, and qualified as a fitness instructor in 2021.

I love fitness, sport, and keeping active.

About the lesson

How I can help you:

1. Remote Fitness - £50 6 week package

After an initial Zoom chat I will create a bespoke 6 week programme for you to work on at the gym to help you achieve your goals. Regular check-ins to feedback on progress, answer questions, check form, and provide mentoring support will help keep you on track.

2. Outdoor Training

I love training outside and in Hertfordshire we are blessed with some stunning green spaces. Meet me in your local park for a fully equipped session designed to help you achieve your goals.

3. Home Visits

Not comfortable training outdoors but have space at home? I can bring the gym to you for focussed strength work to support your training.

4. Zoom Sessions

Have your own kit at home but want the benefits of a 1-2-1 training session? I offer training based on your needs and equipment with guidance and motivation in real time. Just set up your webcam in a suitable location and we can train together remotely!
