About Jonathan
I am a native Spanish speaker, that learned English as a second language. I was in the ESL program in highschool, then tested out of that. I have 100+ of tutoring internship, plus 2 years of experience tutoring as a job in Mountain View College. I have taught students mostly in classroom settings, but do have experience in one-on-one teaching.

I follow the communicative language teaching approach, which bases itself in more exercises that uses day to day language interactions to learn. That of course is paired with the standard grammar-based lessons. I like using different scenarios that the students may encounter in a the real world to teach a concept/vocabulary.
