About Zein E

I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley and USC Gould School of Law. I led a team of attorneys for about a decade, prosecuting employment claims in court against major corporations and even foreign countries.

Now, I seek to use the lessons practicing law to teach the next generation of law students on how to thrive in law school.

About the lesson

My lessons are dynamic and custom-tailored to exactly where you need help. If you have an upcoming assignment or exam, I'll build the lesson around it so you use your time efficiently and walk away ready to perform.

Law school is different from anything you've studied before — your entire grade often rides on a single final exam. Doing well requires two things in equal measure: knowing the substance and knowing how to present your analysis under pressure. Most tutors focus only on the first. I focus on both.

What sets me apart is 14 years of real-world legal practice. I didn't just study the law — I wrote hundreds of briefs, argued cases, and applied these subjects in high-stakes settings. I bring that experience into every session, so you're learning from someone who has lived the material, not just taught it.

We'll work through the doctrine and practice mock exam questions so that by finals day, you're not anxious — you're ready.

I work with 1Ls, 2Ls, and 3Ls on a range of subjects, with particular depth in: Contracts; Constitutional Law; Civil Procedure; Federal Courts.

I can also get you game-time ready for Mock Trial.
