I took a vegan cooking class taught by Frances and really enjoyed the experience. Frances is an extremely positive,encouraging and knowledgeable teacher. I'm not a very competent chef, but she managed to help even me produce several tasty dishes, and broke down a lot of the preconceptions I'd had about vegan food.

Frances is open, helpful and a very pleasant and easy to understand cookery tutor. She takes her time to listen and to explain everything. Has everything planned well. Doesn't rush any of the cooking methods. I hadn't realised how easy and tasty Vegan cooking would be. Certainly a must when you want to go Vegan and you don't know where to start.
