About Raven
I’m a freelance artist with a deep love for painting, illustration, and exploring the world through art. I studied fine arts through my junior year of college, where I developed a foundation in illustration, anatomy, and drawing from life. I’m passionate about learning from master artists, researching different techniques, and finding inspiration in the world around me.
For me, art is a lifelong journey of curiosity, observation, and discovery. I believe there is always something new to learn, and I love seeing how different artists interpret the world in their own unique ways. I want to share that passion with others and help people discover their own creativity, build confidence in their abilities, and develop a personal artistic style. Whether you’re new to art or looking to grow your skills, I hope to make creating an enjoyable and inspiring experience.

My painting lessons are centered on exploration, creativity, and learning to see the world through an artist’s eyes. We’ll explore foundational techniques, drawing from life, anatomy, color, and composition while studying master artists and finding inspiration in the world around us. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to develop your skills, I’ll encourage you to experiment, ask questions, and discover your own artistic voice. My goal is to help you grow in confidence, enjoy the creative process, and make art that feels meaningful to you.
