About Justine

I’m passionate about education, and I am currently interning with a charity that focuses on education and an NGO that addresses humanitarian crises. I will be starting a Master's degree at UvA in Septemner. Although my internships are not well paid, I am committed to supporting these important causes, and tutoring allows me to earn an extra income while doing so. I bring the same dedication to my tutoring, where I aim to create a comfortable and motivating environment for my students. My approach is personalized to fit your learning style, ensuring that you make steady progress and gain confidence in using French. I look forward to helping you succeed!

About the lesson

I am a native French speaker with 5 years of tutoring experience, helping students of all ages and levels. My approach is highly personalized, focusing on the student's goals and learning style. I emphasize a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, while incorporating interactive activities such as conversation, games, and real-life scenarios to make learning engaging. My lessons typically last 1 hour, but I am flexible depending on the student's needs. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, I aim to create a supportive environment that encourages confidence in both spoken and written French.

Justine was tutoring my 16-year-old daughter in French during the 2023-2024 school year, and her improvement has been remarkable. My daughter was preparing for her GCSEs and, with Justine’s help, she did exceptionally well in both French and history. My daughter used to struggle with grammar and speaking, but thanks to Justine’s patient and engaging approach, she now feels much more confident in her abilities. Justine tailored each lesson to my daughter’s needs and made learning both fun and challenging. Her professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for her students really set her apart. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Justine has been tutoring my two sons, ages 8 and 10, in French for the past six months, and we are thrilled with their progress. Both boys were complete beginners, but thanks to Justine’s fun and engaging teaching style, they’ve developed a solid foundation in the language. She knows how to keep young learners interested with games, interactive activities, and conversations that suit their level. Justine’s patience and enthusiasm make her a wonderful tutor, and my boys always look forward to their lessons. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled tutor!
