About Justine

I am 23 and originally from the South of France. Having studied at CPES-PSL in Paris, I am also bilingual in English and have been living in London for 2 years and a half, where I studied at fashion school. I graduated in June from an Undergrad in Fashion Styling & Creative Direction, and am now working as a freelance in this field. I am a very active and creative person, who likes dancing, cooking, going to the cinema, exhibitions, thrifting, nature, surfing... and many more! My freelance status gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule, which facilitates the organisation of private lessons. I have previous experience in Paris with tutoring a Year 9 & 10 student for about 2 years in all subjects. I am also currently teaching French to an American and an English friend. I remain available through text if you have any question or need further information!

About the lesson

I currently follow the template of the book French In 3 Months from Hugo Editions. This method is very practical and centres on understanding and speaking, through associated teaching of both grammar and vocabulary in each lesson - making it easier to directly apply the things learnt along the way - as well as direct application exercises. I like to add to each lesson with personal tips from a French-native, whether it be on pronunciation, cultural aspects, extra explanations, or mnemonics. I am very patient and like lessons to feel light-hearted, fun, and rewarding for the student. I am also very adaptable and love trying new learning methods according to what works for the student.
