About See Yee

Hello! I'm a native Chinese speaker who enjoys meeting people from different cultures and helping them learn Mandarin. I believe learning a new language opens the door to new opportunities, friendships, and a better understanding of the world.

I decided to teach Mandarin because I want to share my language and culture with others. It is rewarding to see my students grow in confidence and achieve their learning goals, whether they are learning for school, work, travel, or personal interest.

I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit your needs and pace. My classes are friendly, interactive, and focused on practical communication, making learning enjoyable and effective.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your Chinese, I will be happy to support you on your Mandarin learning journey. I look forward to learning with you!

About the lesson

Learning Chinese can seem challenging, but with the right guidance, it can be both enjoyable and rewarding. My lessons are tailored to your individual goals, whether you want to improve conversational Mandarin, prepare for exams, advance your career, or learn for travel and personal interest.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods and pace to suit your needs. My lessons are interactive, practical, and focused on building confidence through real-life communication rather than memorisation alone. You will receive clear explanations, constructive feedback, and regular opportunities to practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

As a native Chinese speaker, I also introduce authentic cultural insights to help you understand the language in context. My aim is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where you can make steady progress and enjoy the learning process. I look forward to helping you achieve your Mandarin goals with confidence.
