About Swastika
I am an eleventh-grade ISC student with a genuine passion for the English language and literature. English has always been one of my strongest and most enjoyable subjects, and I have consistently worked towards developing my communication and writing skills.
I have been greatly appreciated for my vocabulary and my ability to express ideas clearly and creatively. Writing is one of my strengths, particularly essay writing, where I enjoy presenting my thoughts in an engaging and well-structured manner. I believe my love for English goes beyond academics, as I genuinely enjoy reading, writing, and exploring different forms of literature.
My academic performance also reflects my dedication to the subject. In my ICSE Board examinations, I scored 90 in English Language and 97 in English Literature. These results strengthened my confidence in my abilities and encouraged me to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for English with younger students.
As an eleventh grader, I believe I can connect well with students up to Grade 8. I want to make English approachable, interesting, and enjoyable for them while helping them improve their vocabulary, grammar, writing, comprehension, and appreciation of literature. My goal is not only to help students perform well academically but also to develop a genuine love for the language.

As a teacher, I will be friendly, patient, approachable, and understanding. Since I am an eleventh grader myself, I can easily relate to younger students and understand the difficulties they may face while learning English. I want my classes to feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than stressful.
I will teach English Literature and Language to students up to Grade 8 using simple explanations, relatable examples, stories, discussions, and creative activities. My aim will be to make even difficult topics easy to understand and remember. I will encourage students to ask questions freely, share their opinions, and express themselves without being afraid of making mistakes.
I will also pay attention to each student’s individual learning style and pace. Instead of simply focusing on marks, I want to help students genuinely understand what they are learning and develop confidence in their English skills.
Most importantly, I will try to create a positive learning environment where students feel respected, heard, and motivated. I want my students to look forward to my classes and leave each lesson feeling that they have learned something useful and enjoyable.
