About Valentine

I have been vegan since I was 16 and vegetarian since 13, needless to say I have developped quite impressive cooking skills in that area, and I am the perfect teacher for Veggie-to-be wanting to learn from other veggies.

About the lesson

I think the best is to make sure of what you want, what are your cooking skills and get to know each other, how you feel about food and about cooking it. It's all about appreciating the course.
