My teaching practice is based on 3R's - relevance, rigor and relationship. In relevance students learn why of everything through case studies, real life complex problems and challenges. The idea of rigor to assess and evaluate each child's 360° performance through evidence test, worksheets, participation. And lastly, most important is relationship. In and out of class, ready to guide students with the idea of making them self and independent learner, and must inculcate the skill of self awareness before learning.
